Executive Bio

Mr. Shandy Guharoy has been a Senior Vice President of IT at Evolent Health, Inc., since December 2011. Mr. Guharoy is responsible for the strategic direction, tactical execution and maintenance of all IT assets at Evolent Health. In this role, he is responsible for the commercialization of the core platform, data analytics and reporting and introduction of tools. Mr. Guharoy served as a Vice President of Information Technology at Evolent Health, Inc. Prior to Evolent, he worked at WellPoint, where he was responsible for the analysis, design and technology teams for Consumer, Provider, Employer, Broker and Individual/Shopper portals. He joined WellPoint via its acquisition of Lumenos, a pioneer in consumer-driven health care, which achieved many technological 'firsts' in the industry. At Lumenos, he was responsible for all technology platforms including spending account (HSA/HRA) management systems, claims systems, provider management systems, content management and data warehouse. Prior to Lumenos, he held positions at Congressional Quarterly, Inc., Winstar, Inc. and the National Committee for Quality Assurance.
