What do you like best about the leadership team?They are very communicative and transparent.
What is the best part about your compensation package?The benefits themselves are reasonable, and the enrollment system used does a great job of breaking down the deductions and guiding you through the complicated options.
What are some of the best things about your team?It's a very selfless, collaborative work environment.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Again, everything. That's vague but it's not my job to figure out what Experis needs to do better. They need to reach out to the people that work for them and figure it out.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?My current coworker is the only bright spot as they've been through what I'm going through as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Underpaid for my position based on average and time in position. No opportunities for advancement. No bonuses or PTO. Literally everything can be better.
