EAP is a free, confidential service to assist employees and their families through problems at home or work, such as drug or alcohol dependency, marital difficulties, financial counseling or psychiatric care. 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with Company Match ExpressJet offers a competitive retirement savings plan with generous matching contributions to assist employees and their families in building retirement. Paid Vacation, Holiday and Personal Time Off ExpressJet offers a number of resources to allow employees to take time off from work, including vacation, holiday and personal days. Employees can also benefit from a Leave of Absence program.
