Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The SVP of Marketing at ExtraHop inherited a solid team that he's turned into a very strong one during his tenure. He's thoughtful, creative, and well-versed across the spectrum of marketing disciplines. He consistently identifies talent and promotes from within.
They are real people who care and don't take themselves too seriously. They get involved in pranks with the rest of us.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I truly believe my options are going to be worth the time and energy I invest in the company. I have faith in the Company and the direction we are going.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are some of the best things about your team?
One of the most consistent things about ExtraHop is the caliber of talent at the company. It's a high intellect office, and people are creative and driven. There's also a strong silly streak, however. People like to laugh, and the sense of humor is infectious.
Smart group of individuals. Love being challenged daily.
Funny and really care about doing a good job and making things better. Super respectful of one another and laugh together.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
These people are my friends and we want to see each other succeed, there aren't politics and competitiveness that get in the way of doing great work you feel good about.
People like to have fun and laugh.

Quick and easy. The background check is horrible though

What makes you most happy at work?
I like the people I work with. I have the privilege of working with people who I consider friends, and I know how rare that is. I also like the challenge I get here. My brain is engaged, and I'm constantly getting new opportunities to expand my knowledge.
