Believe in the climate issues. Stop hedging bets. Empower your employees. Stop wogh the command and control attitude.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get rid or the old timers. Bring in outside leadedship. New Leader for company and HR and P&GA. Stop looking back and saying if we change this it means we're acknowledging we did something wrong.
