I would not recommend working there. The management and forced ranking is a scheme and biased.

They need leadership that can get down on same level as its workers, not dictatorship!

It was fine, the person that interviewed me used psychology to get me to react.

Too many middle managers that get promoted in less than a year and move on, after destroying the work processes for everyone else.
