My experience has been that the more I do the more I am given to do. This is fine since I like my work and I am happy to expand my knowledge base. However, now that I do the job of three people my pay has remained the same. Although the company appreciates my contribution that do not value me.

We all work hard and have a lot to do. What is great is that this is realized across the team, and everyone works at communication and encouragement of others.
