Mr. Lachlan P. Given, BBus, serves as a Consultant to Madison Park LLC. Mr. Given served as a Consultant to EZCORP and Cash Converters International Limited, an affiliate of EZCORP. He served as Managing Director of Madison Park LLC. Prior to joining Madison Park in 2004, Mr. Given spent 5 years working in the Investment Banking and Equity Capital Markets divisions of Merrill Lynch in Hong Kong and Sydney, Australia, where he specialised in the origination and execution of a variety of M&A, equity and equity-linked and fixed income transactions. He serves as Chairman of Change Capital, Asia. He has been Executive Chairman of EZCORP, Inc. since February 2015. He served as the Non-Executive Chairman of EZCORP, Inc from July 18, 2014 to August 2014. Mr. Given served as Executive Vice Chairman of EZCORP, Inc. since August 2014 until February 2015. He serves as Vice Chairman of Change Capital Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nasdaq-listed Ezcorp, Inc. Mr. Given has been a Non-Executive Director at Cash Converters International Limited since August 22, 2014 and EZCORP, Inc. since July 18, 2014. He has been a Non-Executive Director of Senetas Corp. Ltd. since March 20, 2013. He is a board member of The Farm Journal Corporation, a 134 year old pre- eminent US agricultural media company; CANSTAR Pty Ltd.; and RateCity.com Pty Ltd. Mr. Given graduated from the Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Banking and Finance (with distinction).
