What makes you most happy at work?I love that I have room to be creative and that my opinions are heard and valued. Being able to work independently allows me to learn and grow in my career, as well as earn the trust of my peers and managers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?We are very open to new ideas, feedback-oriented and quick to pivot.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?No 401K (a HUGE setback given the way the stock market has performed in the last few years). And bonuses are not an active part of the review process.
