What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is diverse, approachable and dynamic. I trust them to make the best decisions for the company.
They involve everyone and constantly conning up with new ideas
The leadership team is exceptionally personable, professional, and engaged.
The CEO is very hands on and does a great job making sure everyone is happy.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Learn to be humble and understand that no one works for you but for a paycheck and opportunities down the line.
Involvement with everyone and include opinions show strength
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Every employee has equity and 401k company matching.
The benefits are nice. Equity is great.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No 401K (a HUGE setback given the way the stock market has performed in the last few years). And bonuses are not an active part of the review process.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are constantly finding new ways to improve.

Be more open and determined and more motivation

We are very open to new ideas, feedback-oriented and quick to pivot.

What makes you most happy at work?
I love that I have room to be creative and that my opinions are heard and valued. Being able to work independently allows me to learn and grow in my career, as well as earn the trust of my peers and managers.
The hyper engaged, caring, and supportive work environment. We share every success, and motivate each other constantly.
