Obviously the leadership team's first time "doing it". HR is focused on exploiting young talent fresh out of college wanting to "work in tech". These are usually kids who are willing to put up with never-ceasing company changes.

Learn to be humble and understand that no one works for you but for a paycheck and opportunities down the line.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No 401K (a HUGE setback given the way the stock market has performed in the last few years). And bonuses are not an active part of the review process.
