Every employee has equity and 401k company matching.

The benefits are nice. Equity is great.

Fair and opportunity for growth

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No 401K (a HUGE setback given the way the stock market has performed in the last few years). And bonuses are not an active part of the review process.
