Too new to describe but so far from what I have seen it is good.

My coworkers like eachother and almost always have positive interactions.
We all come from different backgrounds and business domains, so where one team member may lack knowledge or strength, another can pick up and deliver. It makes for a fluid and strong team dynamic with unique and diverse perspectives to solving business problems.

There is a common feeling that we are there to do our jobs, not to compete or step on each others toes. Thus, almost everyone is nice to each other.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Speedy and end to end takes a little over 2 week.
The recruiter was communicative and interviews comfortable.
My interview was different from rest of the process. I was already working as a contractor then took 6 month break and then joined the same team as full time employee. This is not a reflection of the actual hiring process.
It was a good interview with more personality
