More transparency, Pick a business plan and stick to it, and finally, stop lying to suppliers.
They brought in some of the best industry leaders to right the ship, but the main investor doesn’t let them do anything, they are there for looks, the decisions are made by the investor alone, and they are usually terrible decisions.

Free health insurance, competitive base salary, got bonus/raise before first year although it came later than promised.
They pay above market for base salary, but bonuses are gone now.

Poor management and nobody in HR is tesourceful or can assist completely
Lack of direction from senior management. Constant change of strategy and direction plus total lack of transparency in regards to business goals and objectives.

Too many unnecssary meetibgs because nobody works in the same office. Too many cliques and not an erhical place to work unless you a certain race

My teams are cohesive and interoperate well
The atmosphere at the moment is beyond poor. Two new executives have been brought in from a big company but they have 'big' company attitude and are sidelining many of the original execs and some have left. The main investor has had to much influence on the day to day running of the company.

As a startup it requires funding. This is difficult with the opaque nature of the business operation, financial structure and exe utive management.

25 departures a week speak volumes about the state of the company. People are down, the company has almost zero money left, and everyone is looking for the door.

Ban leaders at the top need weeded out and we need more than a figure head ceo
Inexperienced executive team out of their depth, require help and restructure but reluctant to give up control. Lack of funding because of this is dropping the calue of the business dramatically as talent leave and funding runs out.

The product we have is AMAZING! We got from 2 employees to 1,000 incredibly quickly and those in the auto business recognize this. The main investor needs to hand over the day to day running of the company to those that know the business get some investment in and let our old exec team run the show

Get US investments in, remove the Investor that makes all the decisions, and let the people that know cars run the company. They can still make it, but every trace of LeEco needs to be removed first.
