Leadership team do nit ynderstand anerican law or how a company should be run. Very musmanaged and organized
Transparency and clarity in the organisational structure of the business.

More transparency, Pick a business plan and stick to it, and finally, stop lying to suppliers.
They brought in some of the best industry leaders to right the ship, but the main investor doesn’t let them do anything, they are there for looks, the decisions are made by the investor alone, and they are usually terrible decisions.
