What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The atmosphere at the moment is beyond poor. Two new executives have been brought in from a big company but they have 'big' company attitude and are sidelining many of the original execs and some have left. The main investor has had to much influence on the day to day running of the company.

Better management to establish culture. People dont understand what the culture should be and nobody cares to make it better
As a startup it requires funding. This is difficult with the opaque nature of the business operation, financial structure and exe utive management.

Alignment between Chinese and non-Chinese executives, and a clear direction as to what the product is and how it will be sold.
25 departures a week speak volumes about the state of the company. People are down, the company has almost zero money left, and everyone is looking for the door.
