Leadership team needs to improve the way they address their employees, as well as the fact there is no consistency in the company structure.

Limited vacation and no work from home
Meetings are done to discuss and come up with solutions. Commonly these meetings go off topic, and over time with no definitive outcome.
Kindly co-operate with employees don't yell
A lot first of all only people who knows how to manage are suppose to be managers not some foolish boot lickers and relatives of existing managers it is like a bania company where all the managers are either relatives or friends

They should hire people with good management skills not there own family members and relatives
The company is divided between India and USA. There is a culture of competition, not in a good way, where both groups work in a-silo, instead of working together for a common goal. Seasoned employees in India do not allow new comers know the process for fear of being redundant.
