Making a difference for customers and coworkers
Working from home. And getting updates on how to do our job better and faster.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Poor quality of customer service due to elimination of knowledgeable staff and a focus on productivity over quality.
The biggest issues are billing and system issues. If the right management team was put in place, to be supportive, take accountability for their failures, listen to the concerns and grievances of their employees it would build moral. Care more about your people over metrics.
Bring back the old CEO, fire the CMO and Head of Marketing (who are also incompetent), upper manager should seek new growth opportunities, not just lay people of to get to the bottom line. Poor management company-wide.

HEAR OUT YOUR EMPLOYEES PLEASE
Review from Admin Dept
New CEO, Raul Vargas, is a selfish person who came into the company with one thing in mind and that's himself. He doesn't care about his employees, as that has been very prevalent recently. He does not care about anyone's opinion, input, or situation. Very disappointed
Review from Customer Support Dept
I was literally sick before clocking in, as the stress and managing applications - transitioning from one application to the next was difficult, and had to make excuses as to why the system was slow.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Removal of problematic and lazy employees.
Very strained work environment and overworked employees.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Poor management. Clean house now.
Review from Operations Dept
There is a lack of communication

Provide ample time to complete task

The only complaint I have about working at Farmers doesn't directly have anything to do with how the company works. There are days where I get very stressed, but it's because of the work we do. Sometimes it's overwhelming and customers can become very agitated when we're evaluating claims.
Review from Operations Dept
projects are in a hurried fashion.
Review from IT Dept
Bad insurance policies and horrible managers-I am looking for another job and will quit asap
Review from Customer Support Dept
Poor leadership. Burnt out leaders.
Review from Operations Dept
That it feels like a small company even though we are 23k employees
i like how upper management will work with you to get you experience to move up higher in the company.
Super flexible
Better flexibility in whether we work in office or virtually
a clear vision for opportunities.
More commitment
