What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Better training and communication skills

The last team, there was a lack of communication. As though we were not allowed to ask questions, or confirm a course of action with another co-worker. Team lead controlled everything, and never gave good remarks, Constant criticism.

Enterprise push to document processes and procedures, to reduce the amount of corporate ignorance perpetuated by tribal knowledge lost due to attrition. Increased attention to pace to increase productivity among the laziest employees. Mandated coordination among departments and lines of business.

They need to be held accountable for being unprofessional and not doing the work assigned to them. Working as a team is lackluster in my department
