One of the worse companies I've ever worked for. Poor leadership and HR is just as bad. The manager gossiped every single day about other employees with the people she saw as her favourites. Lack of fairness when it came to vacations and time off.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Companies within the same industry are paying far above what FedEx pays. My workload is far to much for what I get paid.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Respecting people's basic human rights, following policy, holding managers accountable for uncouth behaviour, promote an environment that isn't counterproductive to employee professional growth. Imagine working at a company for 15 years as the receptionist with no chance for upward mobility.
