I believe it starts with the service center manager and then down to the supervisors they need to communicate with us to let us know exactly what's going on they do not especially at Florence South Carolina
For the amount of work we do and for the amount of time they push us extremely hard I believe that we should be paid better other companies right now because of this pandemic are getting paid a heck of a lot more better
Wall member of leadership I let my team members outside of being just a regular team member they treat you very horribly they do not care if you are disabled or not they will continue to work you and throw you under the bus leadership cares about one thing and one thing only themselves.
