Unprofessional team, unfriendly staffs, and coaching is the worst.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Manager was very professional and patient.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am only a part time employee and with salary paid, its difficult to pay for it. What would make me better is becoming a full time employee.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that i have a job and routine, technology advance which make my job more excite and being productive, learning a new task and varies of duties, when team are more cooperative and less complaining. Like to be around with positive workers, more training and more approachable managers.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
coworkers are very dry and cold shoulder. I have never felt this way in my work history. I think if they were more friendly and approachable thing might be better and more productive environment. I been working there but I have not feel welcome as part of the company yet.
