Expectations of employees is fair. Over the years raises have been good so that there is no way I would consider another company at this point.

Insurance is really good and the employee contribution amount is fair.

After 30 years, the pay is too good to pass up.

The morale is good for the most part. People are paid fairly and that helps to keep morale high.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a very long time ago and the company I interviewed with was Arkansas Freightways, which was eventually bought out by FedEx.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It has changed over the years, but aside from being overly concerned with being PC (I think that is how all companys are now), people feel they will be heard when they have concerns.
