
Less stress on people better communication and putting employees first .and caring .more about employees and what they offer as an employee and stop pushing the work load so hard .on the employess that are there because there is less people in areas and this push for numbers as long as the job is done it shouldnt be a problem .stop the number game.in grounds and hubs .
I know it will probably never happen but when I first work for FedEx it was like a family we all took care of each other. Seniors were able to do more for their employees family days BBQs just bring everybody together.
Alot of things for employees so they would lovecto stay and work at fedex theres alot u can do for the employees and help make a vetter work place instead of tension and stress out the workers to many hard rules
Some Opcos are more difficult for women to move up and the boys network is very strong. Just make sure you document your every move.. especially if you are young. And just remember... EVERYTHING is political!
More incentives such as error free, stops in an hour etc. there isn’t much incentive and the bad eggs skate through right next to the ones that do a good job
I would increase the minimum starting pay to at least $16.50 a hour, overall the culture is good.
Very polically charged in Memphis, minimize that focus more on performance and development of employees
