What do people at FedEx think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?

All and most people like the CEO, they keep us informed on what's going on with in the company. They need to consider our wages at a higher rate because the cost of living is high, I have worked fot FedEx for 5 year and right I my hourly wage is not even $13.00 and the should come into the different divisions and see the work that the employees actually do.

Don't think much of us really care for the way the CEOs are pushing our managers kind of ridiculous. We all work differently and I'm pretty sure we all take pride in our work we are human beings and they need to realize that!

Very respect d. Fred Smith is viewed as a genius. Which he is really . They grow the company with virtually no mistakes. Only problem is communication sometimes from higher up.

Can approve more time off and better insurance and better .communication with workers .and a slower pase in work place

Mr Smith is the best. He is a true leader and visionary. He could work on how political everything is

They like to talk to the ceo about inproving this job and and other things its not good at all

Improve the computer system and get people that actually care about employees

Alot of things .better comunication .more understanding more caring more money .

CEO is blind, employees make FedEx great, although leadership is week.

Don't think they care about the lowly package handlers

good overall...monitor your lower mgmt better
