Yells at you! Tells you to take and do it..managers cant do it..but they expect you to do it. Slows down belt when upper management comes around...

It’s frustrating. Managers are not allowed to lead. They are constantly told how to do their jobs. No one is allowed to think independently anymore.

There’s really no leadership and I think that’s because they promote people too young and do not give proper training
