What's the vibe like in the Operations dept at FedEx? How many hours are you working?

The planes are coming earlier so out hours have been cut drastically. Now this morning we were told you're not giving minimums, I messy have to get a second job.

The vibe is horrible man just constantly lie and only look out for themselves. You barely get 20 hours a week except for peak season expect around 30 to 35

some people will help, others will only think of themselves and not help. 40 to 50 hours a week.

Moral is low..most drivers are over maxed on stops and miles..pushed over the limit...no one is allowed over time.

Always asking to work extra hours I'm part time getting ready to retire so don't want them

Very stressful and demanding. Lots of extra hours cleaning up unfinished work

One works till the jobs done...unless your teachers pet...too much learned incompetence

They push drivers too hard, becomes a safety issue
