What's the Product team like at FedEx?

They dont even tell u the truth every manager says something different .when u ask them something thats terrible and some of the managers dont respect employees and yells and curses ok that to no meeting no truth to any thing and u for the ceo dont care how the employees feel we dont count we are just a number for ur managers to get a bonus we dont get nothing for breaking our butts all year in a hot and dirty enviroment

Its tensed believe me people come and go here in orlando hub cant take the stress the heat and always getting acused and telling people they are getting written up and fired for every little thing please take this as im telling u this from orlando hub

Ground turn over is ridiculous ....need to start paying your package handlers more and give them vacation not PTO time they work harder then most positions at ground...and get little respect and compassion ESP the midnight shift

Like i said no communication .just .work and go fast .and no stopping its all about the numbers .not the employees .

some are good..some are looking to better themselves by ratting others out based in speculation

Unorganized.. and very reactive
