FedEx is the most Innovative carrier in transportation, staying on the forefront of new technologies, i.e. electric autonomous vehicles and block chain. FedEx also continues to innovate with their culture, moving to a "no-review" environment in certain organizations, changing the culture and work-environment to one that is more focused on "coaching" versus managing.

Not very. They got new scanners a few years ago but we're still working with broken and damaged ones and they don't want to get new ones because it costs too much.

Most of time waste of time or money...seems try to change things only to go back to way it was, cause it didnt work...
