My work schedule has a lot of flexibility. I can work from home when I need to and the start time is typically only constrained if there's a meeting I need to attend in the morning. As long as I am staying on top of my tasks I have plenty of flexibility. That being said, I am tenured in my position, so the flexibility comes with time and proven performance.

It's not. 8 to 5. We were moved to hourly a few years back and now we even have to do a timecard.

not very...eat sleep work when it's busy...must take a day off for doctor visits etc. never know when you will be done

not very...start at 8 ..finish when work is done...6 to 7 pm...day off required to take care of any business..doctor etc.

Not at all as an hourly employee. Schedules must be covered. Managers do have more flexibility
