
local mgmt needs to work with us ...too much politics and a lack of cooperation. ..just get out the gate fast and deal with it

Poor management, ramp agents and supervisor let some do whatever they want with no repurcussions but go hard on people that actually work.
Let managers manage reward the performers stop treating managers like they don't matter .. hr department has no respect for managers

The new employees need better training. We have trainers, but they are not training anyone.
