Professionalism and respect for those around you ,its the old ive been here your new here type attitude insults on once intelligence st best .morale is low no one person is better than the next if you possess the knowledge you should pas it on and mentor , not belittle individuals! !!!
Unnecessary and repetitive meetings, expect to spend 20-40% of your week in meetings
