I haven’t seen a written policy yet, so it depends on your boss/direct report as well as your job role. Mine has been flexible with allowing me to work remote a day a week due to my further proximity from the office.

It’s fairly flexible to a degree. I come in early in the morning, take a shorter lunch break, and leave before 4. If hired, I would ask in advance what work hours are expected prior as one boss may vary from another. For the most part it seems like they are very flexible.
