What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They spend a lot of time on details that don't really matter and they seem to hold themselves back a lot with arbitrary rules that they follow "just because". Nobody knows why. Nobody wants to ask why. Because nobody wants to answer the question. If you ask questions, you get labeled as "difficult".

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The quality of the products has gone down, and I see complaints about that online a lot. Nobody follows the systems. They get created then laid aside and forgotten. Nothing is consistent or organized. I'm still not sure what some people at the company even do. It benefits employees here to be lazy.
