I would say it has been the worst experance that I have ever had. I worked at the lousville ky plant the HR has been completey terable to me they have messed up my final check and now they want even return my calls e-mail or texts. The place is toxic to work there.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For what you have to do the pay should be better as a supervisor you are exspected help on the lines to qc and do all tye reviews all the while trying to make the number with equiment that are not be maintained
