For what you have to do the pay should be better as a supervisor you are exspected help on the lines to qc and do all tye reviews all the while trying to make the number with equiment that are not be maintained

in their great parts are well trained with a good experience and knowledges in t6heir field of acting,are compasionate and giving help when needed or asking
