There's work life balance. Everyone acknowledges that people have a life outside of the office and no one is shamed for that.

There is a diverse set of people on each team from different backgrounds, so everyone has an interesting perspective or way to approach a problem that you might not think of.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership gives their team members credit where credit is due. If someone has a great idea, they make it known who came up with the idea and empower their team members to speak for themselves.
