Double standards, test taking for others , no structure, favoritism ,&nepotism, playing working mans games and generally not operating by standard operating procedures

Getting something to do and actually having a little convo on operation or specs of said equipment that are new technology and cutting edge features
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Uhm I’m the FNG, but we hired somebody back that worked here years ago the inter action with them vs me is night and day ; it’s definitely a personal problem that somehow spiraled out
