Was better before the Stellantis merger. The union is just awful entitled babies but the actual company is great.

Team work. Personable group. I typically enjoy my peers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Out of our small group, only one is a weak link. We help each other and we look out for the companies best interests together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Results driven. For us who work harder, we get more. For once you can go somewhere and be paid what you're worth. Others may make more or less than you, but it depends on the job they actually do.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Not sure you can get the union to be more responsive. Leadership on the union representative side is mediocre. It's more about how to make management monsters rather than what would make the business run best. Non-logical and only interested in causing issues. Anything to keep from actually working.
