Community Impact and Philanthropy

First Advantage has a strong relationship with Boys and Girls Club of America, a customer and partner. CEO Scott Staples sits on the organization's board and FA has worked with BGCA in the past to sponsor high school internships with the company. FA also partners with Shelters to Shutters, an organization that provides living and employment opportunities for the homeless. Chief Human Resource Officer Michael Pilnick serves on the Shelters to Shutters board and the company has hosted career fairs to provide career coaching and interview opportunities to S2S clients.

Additionally, First Advantage team members often pair philanthropy with team building activities, including canned food and school supply drives, and team outings to local food banks and Ronald McDonald House locations.
