What is the best part about your compensation package?

The paycheck is pretty good

Semi monthly paychecks and benefits are great

401 match is like a huge bonus each year

The variety of choices and the Health Ins

Free title insurance and recording fees

very expensive for family coverage

Review from Operations Dept

We are fairly compensated for our work.

Review from Operations Dept

It's a great mix of money and benefits.

I can provide for my family with ease.

Compensation is competitive. I'm very happy here.

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The revenue needed to hit commission needs to be put at a reasonable number. It's a joke. You could sell 50 units and not get paid commission. You're stealing from your reps.

I have been with the company quite a long time but never get to share in any type of bonus. All the workers around me at Christmas time are happy to get a bonus but our group never gets one. Also the 401K match is poor. I mean this year it is going up to a 4% match if we meet profit goals.
