What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Be reasonable. We aren't robots !

Overall structure Needs to be ran like employees are adults. Not like a daycare

Keeping an open mind. I know leaders are there to lead and have their own idea or system for managing others. However the manager I have now is so close minded she does not care about any suggestions or ideas for her team and our team has a wealth of experience.
