Inconsistent times of arrival to bus stops, schools and dropping off at bus stops due to short staffed due to call outs and resignations. Not enough monitors to control students on buses that need them.
We are treated like just a butt in the seat
The parents don't feel safe with their children on the bus and have chosen to rearrange their schedules to get their kids to and from school.
A strong manger would be much more effective
