What are some of the best things about your team?

They are very versed with proceedure

The diversity of age and background

My fellow drivers and bus aids are all very pleasant and are dependable

The bus drivers that also have a good work ethic and want to help each other.

Willing to basically volunteer to make things better for kids

I believe that some of our training personnel need to be retrained.

While our roles are those of individual contributors, we frequently collaborate to ensure we deliver the best service

The fellow drivers are helpful as can be, the mechanics are working their buns off but are understaffed for how many busses they service.

The workforce are very diverse come from many different backgrounds and experiences, education levels, and interests. Most have lived full lives prior to becoming a bus driver. I look forward to interacting with them.

The positive attitudes they bring with them.

The best part of working there was witnessing people come together to figure out how to help students get home safely, especially if there was bus trouble due to inclement weather.

The companies rules very bad it makes some employees takeing advantages of the bad system they have.

Cooperation and work together with one another

Address the real issues and report them properly, hold everyone accountable

We need more drivers so we're not doing our own routes plus extra routes that put strain on our ability to be safe delivering students to and from school
