Fiserv Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

There are multiple layers to compensation.

Review from IT Dept

stock price growth when delivered

Review from Sales Dept

My comp is competitive with leaders of similar operations in this particular business space.

Review from Operations Dept

Unlimited time off or R&R

Review from IT Dept

non applicable in my territory

Review from Legal Dept

Health benefits are best for me and my family

Review from Business Development Dept

I like the bonus structure.

Review from Admin Dept

i am happy with my salary

Review from Sales Dept

Alignment to company (not division or unit) performance, incentivizing a drive to the "best outcome for the enterprise" vs. personal goals.

Review from Product Dept

The best part of my compensation package is the Pay

Review from IT Dept

Medical options, healthy life insurance options, family coverage, re-instatement of 401K match (although I wish it were 6%) and unlimited time off, even though I don't take much time away. It's nice to know it's there.

Equitable balance of base pay and equity.

Review from Executive Dept

Base salary is extremely competitive

Review from IT Dept

I feel that I am compensated fairly; but more importantly, I enjoy working with and for my management team who leads with Trust and Integrity.

Review from Operations Dept

competitive base with good upside on equity

Review from HR Dept

Annual market data to ensure fair total comp and ownership

Review from HR Dept

I appreciate receiving equity grants.

Review from Marketing Dept

A good balance of base salary and equity incentive

Salary is great, but IC is the icing.

Review from Operations Dept

Balance of base salary and incentives based on performance.

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Higher salary and cash compensation versus majority equity

Review from Sales Dept

not market competitive. felt good when i started (5yrs ago) and growth since then hasnt kept up with the market pace.

Review from Product Dept

I have recently taken on a significantly larger amount of responsibility and received no compensation for the additional work. I am disappointed in this and have talked to my leaders. I do believe my leader is working to fight for this.

Review from Product Dept

I have many more skills than I am allowed to use.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I'd much prefer to get paid more and not have as many benefits that don't serve me

Review from Engineering Dept

My salary is very low compared to other managers and at times, I'm completing director level work.

Review from Operations Dept

Bonus' on the original First Data side have decreased year after year to a point where a new employee comes into the job at higher bonus and salary than a 30 year employee

Review from Customer Support Dept

Comparing my total comp as well as the perks to the market at a fair and reasonable comparison I am at least 30 % below. I love my job and the company so I am not considering leaving but really it hurts a little when looking outside in terms of responsibility and tangible value brought(ACV,OI, Rev)

Review from Executive Dept

Base salary calibration and adjustment to other similarly tenured executives with similar roles

Review from Executive Dept

Variable portion of total compensation should be paid the year it is earned and not over the next three years. RSUs can be in addition for better performance (if applicable) but can't convert compensation to "to be paid over time"

Review from Product Dept

Im underpaid and i know, because they offered a 30% increase if I decided to relocate.

Review from Operations Dept

It'd be better off if Fiserv ever gave proper promotions and raises. In my time here, I've gotten approximately 5% pay increase with about 1% per year at best.

Review from IT Dept

I feel like we pay below market and while I'm invested in our clients and stay, it does make you want to entertain market opportunities from time to time

Review from Product Dept

better benefits, healthcare in particular

Review from Operations Dept

yes we are treated like crap

Review from IT Dept

Hard work isn't rewarded. Built an entire department back up from a single worker. Still didn't receive a promotion or pay raise to reflect the work done. Instead it was a year and a half before a promotion materialized and the pay bump was not comparable to the work put in

Review from Customer Support Dept

Not undervalued, but Health coverage lags

Review from Business Development Dept

Work life balance does not matter at all now. 401 match and stock purchase discounts are gone. Leadership does not fill roles of people who have left and expect remaining teammates to double their workload.

Review from IT Dept

Reductions in force, elimination of benefits under Frank Bisignano - cancelled 401k match, cancelled ESPP, greatly reduced employee recognition program and eligibility.

Review from Executive Dept

HC is laughable. Stock and 401K cut for remainder of year.
