- What did you like most about the interview process?I was lied on and terminated for being sick and not being favored by my coworkers so they all decided to let me go because I called out due to medical conditions and when I try calling for notice no one ever responded sad but very true even have records

- What would you improve about your company's interview process?Have to wait up to 1-2 hours just for a manager to be ready. I.e. not proper shift management because of lack of staff.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?1: Five guys had always been paying above minimum wage by a very decent margin for many years before say 2015. Since then, they have been floating above if not directly on minimum wage in state to state and giving absolutely no chance of raises, no matter how long you worked there. Suffocation.
