What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Very out of touch with the impacts the decisions they make have on people, over-focused on meeting financial goals on the backs of employees. Overall self-centered and living in an ivory tower
Better communication internally. Be more honest so that internal and external comms match.
Respecting people not yelling at people treat like human's
Upper management needs to remove people within the management teams that do not contribute to the bottom line. Flex actually has people collecting paychecks and not performing their duties. These useless individuals talk a good game

Leadership lacks strategy and has lost touch with the factory employees needs. No psychological safety.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No merit increases for 3 years. Lots of execs kept getting rich off their equity though
No promotion despite top rating for annual performance for over 5 years. Health plans are super expensive.

People have no respect for eachother and wrongfully accuse people
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New leadership, better people programs. Execs need to mean what they say, be consistent
Hire new employees get rid of the trash the people that cease fights
Collaboration instead of each unit working on its own behind walls.

To combat profiling and false judgment, implement training on diversity and unbiased decision-making, fostering a culture of respect and fairness.

Producing to much waste machines breakdown to much employees don't pay attention management don't know what has doing.
Depending on the company we did work for the reputation could be anywhere from very bad to good. The problems are too numerous to discuss.
