Upper management needs to remove people within the management teams that do not contribute to the bottom line. Flex actually has people collecting paychecks and not performing their duties. These useless individuals talk a good game

Equity is not offered below VP level, no stock purchase plan. The benefits are high deductible, expensive and do not cover much. No perks except free coffee.

Producing to much waste machines breakdown to much employees don't pay attention management don't know what has doing.
Depending on the company we did work for the reputation could be anywhere from very bad to good. The problems are too numerous to discuss.
