The core values in my opinion is not in reference to Follett employees, they apparently apply only to their customers.

The pleasure of being respected
What are some of the best things about your team?
I don't participate in team meeting because there haven't been any.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My feelings are mixed, but the team only consist of two people.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Communication is poor and the book store is the problem according to the students.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The evaluation process apparently isn't to increase your pay, which indicates employees are undervalued. I would feel better if the employees would be valued and treated with integrity.
