I work at a top 5 University. Management is horrible with 0 support. It reminds me of high school with how much gossiping and talking behind backs is done. Truly sickening... 90% of upper management has checked out completely.. After doing this so long they are burnt out. Would not recommend company

Supporting team members when problems arrive and not brushing things under a carpet like ALWAYS. Managers gossiping about other employees behind their backs WHEN THEY CAN HEAR THEM IN CLOSE PROXIMITY!!!!
