- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?I do not think there can be any improvement at this point. All control has been stripped from the local campus store. Corporate is all about profit - not helping the students.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?The leadership team has no idea how to successfully run multiple small businesses. College bookstores cannot be run like large chains but they refuse to see how their decisions are harming their low level employees and customer base.
